Domino’s delivery driver scolds customer for choosing delivery: “Right there”

A Domino’s driver recently crossed the line with a customer when they argued with them about choosing delivery over pickup.

In a world filled with chaos and late nights at the office, one thing many people have in common is a preference for food delivery services.

Whether someone is using Instacart, DoorDash, or delivering directly from a restaurant, it’s clear that these services work. Not only do they help relieve stress after a long day, but they also help you have more time and personal moments with family and friends.

Although delivery is offered through many restaurants and has been around for decades, a recent Domino delivery driver crossed the line with a customer who just wanted to dine in peace.

While trying to enjoy delicious pizza and garlic crust, a woman was stunned to be treated so rudely by her Domino’s delivery driver.

In a video captured by Ercina Rodriguez with an outdoor camera, a heated argument broke out between Rodriquez and her pizza delivery man. The video was posted to TikTok.

Although Rodriguez kept her composure and even tipped the Domino’s driver, the first time she was bluntly asked by the driver, “You know Domino’s is right there, right?” Rodriguez replied: “I don’t understand why I have to explain to you about the delivery. They pay you for it, right?

Rodriquez ran off the porch as fast as he could to defuse the situation, but commenting didn’t end there, as the driver continued to say, “I was just wondering” as they shrugged.

Since then, viewers of the viral TikTok video have taken to the platform to address the dilemma and say, “Love the way you handled that. Everyone needs to take care of their own business.”

While others said: “I won’t complain, it’s the easiest way to deliver!!!” Like, “I have two toddlers. It’s two car seats to get them in and out of the house. People don’t understand how painful it is.”

In the end, Domino’s delivery drivers left Rodriguez’s property and returned to their jobs, where they were paid to serve a select radius of locations, including Rodriquez. Although her TikTok video of the situation has gone viral, Rodriguez has yet to comment on the plight she is forced to face.
