Kenya Moore’s divorce from Marc Daly remains contentious.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star, 52, gave an update on the couple’s ongoing divorce battle during the Bravo show’s BravoCon 2023 panel on Friday.
“That, [there’s been] some movement,” she explained on a panel that also featured her co-stars Kandi Burruss, Shereé Whitfield, Sanya Richards-Ross and Marlo Hampton.
“We had a court hearing and then we got on the trial calendar, so we wanted to go to trial, and then we got kicked off the trial calendar,” she continued, before joking, “I can’t make that up!”
Moore then stated, “I’m saying it right now: I’ll be single and divorced before 2024.”

Moore and Daly started dating in December 2016. After getting married in June 2017, they welcomed their daughter, Brooklyn Doris, in November 2018.
The couple, however, announced in September 2019 that they were separating after two years of marriage.
“It is with deep sadness that I have to inform my fans that I am divorcing my husband, Marc Daly,” Moore said. “Due to recent and ongoing circumstances, I can no longer continue in the marriage. My only concern and focus is and always will be my daughter, Brooklyn, my miracle of a child. It was created in love and true commitment. I ask that our privacy be respected in the future.”

Daly noted that their daughter “has two parents who love her very much and in her best interest, this situation should remain as private as possible.”
“I appreciate our family’s good times together and will continue to co-parent in a loving way. Rumors, insinuations or false accusations only serve to hurt our family and will be resolved through lawyers as the law allows,” he added. “We ask that you respect our privacy during this challenging time.”

Breaking her silence on the split, Moore said she “didn’t get married to quit.”
“I love my husband. I have no doubt that he loves me. To be clear, I took my vows seriously. I believe in good and evil and I believe in trying everything before you leave, especially when we have a child and we are a family,” she continued, noting that she “doesn’t feel like [Daly] feels the same way.”
‘RHOA’ star Kenya Moore opens up about why she’s still not divorced: ‘She’s stuck’
“I hope and have always wanted to work on our relationship. But I just don’t know if that’s even possible at this point, honestly,” Moore added. “Marco doesn’t seem to be there. I would have felt more comfortable giving up if I knew I’d tried everything and it still didn’t work. And we definitely didn’t do everything we could to save our relationship.”
Almost two years after filing for divorce in August 2021, Moore joked Watch what’s happening live in January that he has the “longest divorce in the world”. She confirmed months before on RHO reunion that the standoff came because things are “at a standstill,” noting that Daly is “not asking for anything at this point.”
“So until we get a trial date or a settlement, it’s going to continue,” she added.
