Netflix Releases Trailer for Star-Studded ‘Don’t Look Up’

Netflix has released the trailer for Don’t look upThe studio’s upcoming film stars Academy Award winners Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Lawrence.

Don’t look up written and directed by Adam McKay (Great short story, Step brother) and comes with the tagline: “Based on real events that haven’t happened – yet.”

DiCaprio and Lawrence play “two low-level astronomers who must go on a giant media trip to warn humanity about an approaching comet that will destroy planet Earth. “

From the 2:45 trailer, it looks like the duo’s reaction to the dire comet warning is a giant fart. With director McKay’s sense of humor and his abundant talent, there are sure to be a lot of laughs.

In addition to the two superstars, Meryl Streep, Cate Blanchett, Timothee Chalamet, Jonah Hill and Ariana Grande are part of the stellar cast.

Don’t look up will launch in select theaters on December 10 before arriving on Netflix on December 24.
