A spectator at the Sidemen Charity Match took the opportunity to get the OnlyFans model’s autograph by using his Yeezy sneakers to bridge the gap between them.
The Sidemen charity match reached new heights in 2023, breaking previous viewership records as the most-watched live-streamed sporting event on YouTube.
The sixth event of its kind, the football match attracted many viewers. And in the crowd was none other than Samantha Bullimore Wilmot, better known by her online alias, ‘Astrid Wetts’.
As an Instagram star, TikToker, YouTuber, and OnlyFans model, it’s no surprise that Wetts was finally recognized at the event with an audience determined to get autographs regardless of the distance between them.
Shared by Wetts herself on Twitter, the video shows her catching a pair of Yeezy sneakers thrown into the stadium by a teenager from downstairs.
“A Yeezy? No way,” Wetts exclaimed, signing his name on the side of his shoe. “I signed a Yeezy, 400 pounds” (nearly $500 USD, with Yeezys retailing between $200 and $625).
“It’s crazy,” Wetts continued, looking excited as he tossed the Yeezy back to its owner. He thanked her, other audience members asked for their own autographs when an ambitious teenager asked for an autograph on his backpack.
However, not everyone was impressed with Wetts’ actions, with one viewer responding to the video saying “A porn star giving autographs to children?”
Another said: “Nobody sells Astrid Wett autographs,” responding to Wetts’ note that the shoe was “definitely going to be on eBay.”
